“Brilliant that Sheds.co.uk deliver to Northern Ireland when many other companies have stopped doing this. I received a prompt and personalised response from customer services when I sent an email requesting more information and confirmation that my summerhouse could 100% be delivered here. I ordered late evening online, really easy process, a confirmation sent to me immediately on payment which reassured me and then within 24hrs delighted to have an email with a delivery date even earlier I’ve than first expected. I would definitely recommend Sheds.co.uk if you’re looking for a summerhouse, the service we’ve received has been excellent so far. We’ve shopped around and the range of design and prices made it really easy for us to find the perfect match with them.”

“The furniture is lovely and was delivered quickly. However there is a fault on one of the chairs and the after sales service is very poor. I have sent 2 emails that I have not had a reply to. I have called but the recorded message says email 🤷‍♀️ Not good!”

“Shed received this morning, driver went out of his way to-get it here as road had been dug up for fibreoptic cable company. Shed being erected at the weekend. So far delighted with the service!”

“WOW - I wish all shopping experiences were like this! Ordered Monday 11pm, received the same week Friday 7am. The delivery driver was spot on. He called the day before to say he would be at mine for 7am. He was bang on time and waiting at the door with all the boxes unloaded. He took them through to my garden where at my request he checked the glass table top. All was fine. The set took about 30 mins to get unpacked and get the table made. The chairs are slightly larger than I imagined but will easily fit a 15 stone man in them. All in all - It's a cracking set solidly made with proper comfy cushions. Just buy it! Looking forward to having my morning coffee out there! Bought: Oren Athens 6 Seater with Dining table.”

“I’m unsure as to how I provide a review on service as I only placed an order and yet to receive goods,. Based on the purchase on line it was straight forward, received email confirmation on order placed, that’s it so far. Expect a follow up email maybe advising next steps on anticipated delivery maybe? Website stated in stock 14 days delivery so would have expected indicative delivery date by now? (4 days later) by email? Left wondering what’s next it’s not clear on your email acknowledging the order. So far it’s very average in terms of experience, what’s next would be great and provide comfort that all is in hand.”

“Disappointed with the shed. Odd coloured panel sent and some pieces half painted. For the price it is disappointing. The builder erecting it says it's poor for the price. I'm recently bereaved and finding such purchases challenging. This company was recommended. I ordered with ease, delivery was prompt and everything seemed alright until it was built. I've now got to await a response to my email but not keen on the shed being taken down again to put right.”
