“Very pleased with my arch and its pretty sturdy. Delivered quickly. Only slight negative is it had loads of unnecessary staples in it which we removed before erecting.”

“Well not much to say apart from easy to order on website. Kept posted about the delivery. It arrived in 3 days. All other companies had a wait of around 6-8 weeks. Very very impressive.”

“Excellent quality sheds. I bought a shed for my allotmet last year and was pleased with the high quality. I recently bought a garden shed from another company . It was of such poor quality that after much wrangling , they finally agreed to reimburse me. I have now just bought a shed from Sheds.co.uk , am very pleased with it and wished I’d gone straight to you in the first place ! Great communication and prompt delivery.”

“I found the choice of sheds to be amazing on the website but when I tried to make payment it flatly refused to accept any of the debit/credit cards I wanted to use. I phoned the company direct to pay by credit card and they couldnt get it to accept payment cards either. I ended up having to go back on the website and pay by PayPal to ensure that the delivery date I had chosen was booked .”

“Unfortunately from the moment I was told by a driver 'kerbside only mate' and had to lug it all in it didn't really improve. The transport panels were double nailed in and in a classic moment i realide a slat had been nailed to one of the blocks when it snapped upon removing them. Great.. Every piece didn't fit together, all were 'slightly out' which when you tried to jigsaw the whole thing together meant nothing went well. One of the doors was too long so didn't fit in the space and I found myself trying to sand it level. Turned a simple job into a complete pain, think a few tolerance stacks and quality checks needed! Got ot functional now (just about) but would struggle to justify using the site again.”

“Ordered and received confirmation email, then nothing. Checked in website & says 3/5 for delivery, it’s been 5 days now either no communication from delivery people or Sheds.co.uk. Would like to know what is happening, hence only 3 stars”

“I purchased a shed online. When looking at the dimensions of the shed, the height measurement was covered by a floating bullet point list and I assumed it would be a reasonable height as it was 8x6. After purchasing, I went on the link and it showed the measurement of 5"3. It's no problem as they say you can have a refund within 14 days. I have tried calling them twice, the first time I got through to someone after 40minutes and instead of resolving this over the call, he told me to email. I got a response asking for the order number, no reply. I try to call back and I can't get through to anyone after another 50mins of waiting. Absolutely ridiculous that this company is impossible to get hold of, especially when I could have just been helped on the phone earlier. I've wasted need 2 hours of my day trying to get this resolved being left on a dialing tone. 1 star experience.”
