“Good shed once up. The instructions are not great and we had 2 extra pieces of wood which were not in the instructions but we figured it out. The felt tacks are very very poor to be honest and had to go out to buy more quality product. The plastic windows are very misty and flimsy so we’d probably go and replace them with better quality also.”

“After being told I needed to be here for delivery, I waited on for 3 days because delivery kept changing. Eventually the shed, on pallet, left in the middle of my drive. Noone knocked, or I would have asked them not to block me in. Instructions are ok, but I have been sent all the wrong screws so can't even put the shed up! It's a lovely shed but so far has been nothing but trouble.”

“Ordered Sunday 16th and Shed deliveted today 20th March, very good cudtomer service throughout from confrmation, booking delivery in and delivery arrival everything has gone to plan. Shed now here ready to put up. Looks to be very good quality and all fixings recieved as well”

“I can't say I'm impressed..do I definitely won't be winning. Tried many (5) times to pay by credit card and was contacted to say I could pay by bank transfer. Not what I wanted to hear to be honest as I wanted the protection . P ayed by PayPal in the end.”

“I had a terrible experience with Sheds.co.uk. The customer service was poor from the start, and the installation process was appalling. I paid for full installation, only to be told that I had to lay the foundation myself , something I was not informed about beforehand. This shed was purchased for my elderly parents, making the situation even more stressful. It’s been two years, and the installer has repeatedly avoided coming out to complete the job. They’ve shown no good faith in resolving the issue and seem to resist any accountability. I would strongly advise against buying a shed from this company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.”

“The website was easy to use and contained a detailed description of all the buildings they supply. Purchasing was also easy and the delivery date was soon given. Good communication. I was provided with a 4hr delivery slot, which was reduced to 2hrs on the day. Very pleasant and helpful delivery driver who placed the shed parts, exactly where l needed them to be. A company worth patronising.”

“The shed arrived within 2 days a 5x4 Holt Pent which probably came direct from the manufacturer so this review is for the customer service dept of sheds.co.uk which were excellent in speed of communication and also honored their price match policy and refunded me the difference after I had already ordered from them at the higher price. The shed itself is made of sturdy materials but the inconsistent quality of finish requires some time and effort to bring it to a satisfactory finish which is not a reflection of the over all experience from sheds.co.uk.”

“Shed was very poor quality. I do not recommend any one buy a shed from this website. Pieces of wood were wrong sized around the windows so there are gaps. Random nail sticking out of a piece. Wood splintering at the edges. The Apex pieces were way too long and I had to cut them myself. Very unsatisfactory. Will be requesting money back.”

“The quality of the shed is very good however, it took some time for two experienced people to put it up. The stacking of the parts for delivery was not so good and it collapsed when a couple of pieces were taken off the top.”

“Very impressed with both quality of the product and the speed of the delivery. From start to finish my experience with shed.co.uk was seamless. Delivery was on time and I did not have to lift a finger. my delivery driver placed the pallet with all the part needed to assemble my shed on the driveway and offered to take them through to my garden. He was very polite and knowledgeable. All instructions were clean and the assembly of the shed was straight forward. All materials were well made and robust. Will definitely use sheds.co.uk again.”
