“Quite easy to use , some bits I had to go back to , for example did it come with a wooden floor or was it separate . Compared to other shed companies it was easy to navigate”

“Just purchased my third shed from sheds.co.uk. Recently moved and reluctantly left my prized workshop shed and smaller garden shed with the property. Previous purchases went very well and had no hesitation to get straight back online to order a new shed for my new home. Had a long delivery offered by the automated website, sent in a request for delivery to be earlier and received a call the next day to bring the delivery date forward. Very impressed again with service received, highly recommend using sheds.co.uk, delivered to your door, quality product at a great price. Could say the delivery price was high, but in fairness the fuel price has rocketed and to get a professionally constructed shed I know will go together without any issues is well worthwhile. It’s nice to buy local, but I prefer reliability, quality and great service. Thanks again”

“Just about everything. 8x6' pent shed bought with recommended 8x6' Portabase which is actually wrong according to Mercia who make the shed and base!!! We built the base before realizing the fault (the 2 floorboards are different to those in the instructions!! and run the wrong way so they collapse down in between the base joists. Now being told I have to dismantle the base and carry it to my front garden. AND no refund for a delay of a month. Decided to change the floor myself- I can't cope with anymore stress. or delays. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. See the number of 1 star ratings on trustpilot this year - any many, like me, would give no stars, but of course, you cannot award no stars- Why not??”

“Our shed is up and looks ok but I had an expert put it together. The 2 floor sections had not been cut/measured quite correctly to be placed together and create a complete floor. He was able to saw off excess and make them fit. This would not have been helpful to somebody trying to put it up themselves.”

“Saw the website advertised online with the shed I wanted at the lowest price I’d seen. Very easy to use website and as soon as I made my purchase I received an email explaining what will happen next. 48 hours before the delivery date I received another email explaining what would happen on the day. On the day of delivery I received a text with a 2 hour window and it came quicker than I expected. Oscar was my delivery guy and he was very careful taking the pieces of the truck placing them where I wanted them to go. When building the shed it was very easy to follow the instructions and I am very pleased with the final outcome. I would definitely recommend shed.co.uk to friends and family.”

“Very easy to find exactly what we wanted and to adapt the design (shed, no windows, double doors) before purchase. Could not believe how quickly delivery was arranged - ordered 1 day, email asking when we'd like it delivered arrived 24 hours later offering delivery 4 days later. Excellent to be able to choose a delivery day. Did panic a bit when I saw the size of the lorry that was going to deliver into our small village with narrow lanes but this was swiftly sorted.”
