“Excellent communication and response”

“I had excellent service from Sheds, I visited their site and was seen immediately, despite not having an appointment, I was advised on the difference between different products and the links to the possible choices emailed to me so I could check the measurements at home, there was no pressure to commit there and then which I appreciated. I then ordered my shed that evening using the website which was very easy. I was then impressed to receive a phonecall at 8 am the next morning to arrange delivery of my shed in a much quicker time than I expected. The person booking the delivery was also very helpful and willing to take into account the extra information I gave him around avoiding busy times where I live to minimise difficulties with delivery. I would definitely use this company again.”

“Faultless service and fast delivery with excellent communications. I received an email confirming purchase along with detailed instructions for assembly and courier tracking information within a matter of hours. “Think it's more couriers fault but ordered shed on Monday . It was delivered today (Thursday) so v quick . But I got notification late last night via email that it was to be delivered today with no notice and didn't get a delivery slot at all. First I knew, it was at my house when driver called me. Surely they need to allow a customer time to sort out being in . Most people work eh?”

“I ordered a shed and plastic base on the website. I found the base pricing a little confusing trying to view on a phone screen but after an email with the sales manager he very quickly explained and all sorted. Base arrived two days after ordering along with the paint/protection coating. Shed yet to arrive day 3/4. All in all been pretty efficient so far. If the shed arrives before the weekend in good condition I'll be a totally happy customer!”

“I felt when I had payed my money, the she was going to turn up when it was delivered, I happened to be home the day it turned up, if I hadn't been there they'd river would have to hadcm to taken it away, on the email it said there is a listvof parts, can't find the list on the email”
