“The overall service provided was good. A couple of things, the delivery portal where you can track your delivery doesn't work very well. If you read the information, then it is stated that all deliveries will arrive between 7am and 7pm. I was very surprised to see mine would be arriving between 20.20 and 22.20 in the evening! I did manage to contact a very helpful lady, and arranged the delivery for the following morning. The overall build quality of the shed is not as good as I hoped, but should be sufficient for storing a lawn mower.”

“Quick and easy to order. The gentlemen who dropped it off when asked where I wanted the gate leaving? I asked for it to be as close to the gate as possible. He immediately offered to put it through the back garden for me.”

“The worst purchase I have EVER made. My shed arrived full of holes( so thin, and cheap all the knots fell out). I was told I should have treated it. I hadn’t even put it up yet!! I have 97 holes! What a load of rubbish. Busy saving for a new shed. Flimsy and cheap.. BUYER BEWARE 😡”

“I placed and paid for my order and selected a delivery date . My order hasn't arrived and I have tried calling several times but cannot make contact with anyone . The phone lines advise to email a help line which I have done 4 times with no reply . I am about to co tax tnt credit card to cancel the payment”
