“Online ordering was a disappointment as the webpage for my product showed delivery in 1-2 days which was important to me but as soon as I got to the purchase that changed to 2-3 days.... It was Wednesday afternoon and I wanted it for the weekend when I'd have help to put it together. So to check I phoned the help number and they suggested it's likely to be 2-3 days with delivery more likely on the MOnday. Oh well, hoping for possibly 2 days I placed the order. Unfortunately the email confirmation confirmed delivery for the Monday after the weekend and the help line, with the benefit of the order number also confirmed the Monday delivery. So I made arrangements to go out on the Friday before the weekend. Yes, you've guessed it, half an hour before leaving on the Friday a van arrived and the driver said 'I've got a pallette for you' (he didn't know what was on it but it was the shed) so luckily I was able to take it but if I'd left a bit earlyer they'd have had to take it back. Very poor coordination between all parts of the organistion but all's well that ends well I suppose.”

“An ok experience overall. The delivery service and customer care pior to purchasing was good. However, when the shed arrived it had ot be modified as the two end panels were both so warped that the roof wouldn't fit on.”

“The delivery was prompt but the communication poor. I wasn’t advised of the delivery date . The first I knew about the delivery is when the driver turned up . Fortunately I was able to slip out of work to accept the delivery.”

“The queries I had were answered quickly and personally by a member of staff. My base is already here, clear and alternative delivery options given if not convenient. My shed is not here for a week or two, but having that customer service I am sure if there ARE any problems they will be dealt with the same way. I am not anticipating any problems though! The website was clear with no hidden costs.”

“We haven’t built or painted the shed yet but the free base (normally £150) made this a great purchase and whilst I couldn’t track the delivery, the customer service dept advised by return when the shed was going to be delivered- it was delivered on time - great service!!”

“Not delivered yet but the order process was easy and we found just the shed we wanted - excellent selection. The delivery is also quick - ordered Friday and delivery scheduled for the coming Wednesday so that’s good for a large item. So far so good - but look forward to getting and setting up the new shed.”

“Good, easy to follow website with instructions on shed care so you know what to do once the shed has been delivered. Delivery time is only 2 weeks so that's a bonus. We can't review the shed as it's not with us yet but having read some very good reviews we were happy to buy.”
