“Tried ordering 4 times from their website and apply for finance but their one system gets stuck and won't let you complete anything. Phoned to try and sort and was promised a call back but 3 days later and still no call. Onvdont need the custom so have taken my purchase to another company who were great.”

“I ordered a powder coated cream and green shed..... I did not receive a powder coated cream and green shed. I have a tin box, it looks something like a giant corned beef tin in my garden. It arrived in nonsensical bundles all mis labelled so erecting it was similar to extreme Meccano. I contacted customer service to be informed in a very impolite email that they can collect it at a distant point in the future (it took weeks to arrive) and that I'd be charged a restocking fee. I have kept the tin can because quite frankly I need the storage and I'm not prepared to wait weeks for collection or pay. I have had no response to my query about the colour/powder coating and have followed up again. In short both the item and the experience are severely lacking, I certainly would not buy from here again. The delivery guys were nice though so I suppose that's something.”

“My new shed came yesterday, the delivery driver was great and helpful as we are not in an easy road for delivery with all the parked cars around. The shed itself is really good quality and strong, would use and recommend them again.”

“Great service. I surfed countless garden websites but always ended back at Sheds.co.uk. The best price for the summerhouse I ordered. Their delivery charges are a bit steep compared with the competition, but understandable given the cost of fuel. Fortunately, I had a 5% discount code which certainly helped out.”

“Placed my order for a shed straightforward, got a confirmation email with no delivery date? Had to ring up to get that, which came from another supplier. Two delivery drivers arrived with my delivery, l have no access to the back of my house other than through the garage or house. They refused to do either and said it should have been stated that they couldn't do that. Ok, l said put at the side of the house so l had to shift some black bags and a bin in order for them to it. They were not helpful in doing that at all in fact one of them didn't look fit enough to do it and was out of breath. He made joke that was a bit suggestive. Don't want to hear stuff like that. It's not professional. I think you could do better.”

“Never normally write reviews but I'm having some real issues. I bought a summerhouse from Sheds.co.uk in March 2022. On delivery, I applied a wood preserver treatment (labelled waterproofing, colour and rot/decay prevention) to the pieces and then again once it was installed. My builders felt the roof was a bit weak - even questioned if the wrong piece had been sent as the joists seemed flimsy and the felt was not great quality. Less than two months later and the roof is sagging and leaking. Contacted Sheds.co.uk who requested pictures of the shed and of the treatment I applied. Their response was to say that I hadn't installed it with a 60cm perimeter (why would that affect the middle of the roof?) and that the treatment was a preserver, not a water repellent (again, why would that affect the middle of the roof, which is covered in poor quality felt that isn't attached properly because the roof is sagging). Trying to excuse issues with the roof and/or felt because there isn't a 60cm gap between the shed and a wall/ fence or because the waterproofing treatment I used isn't to their liking is a total nonsense. Also, customer service line is a recorded message saying to email. So really no point in having a telephone number. I've asked for someone to call but they have not. Order number is S-000262739 if someone wants to look into this. 'Customer service' keeps repeating the same irrelevant points.”
