“Shed fairly good standard customer services were excellent. The delivery company damaged 4 pieces of trim customer services immediately sent out 8 pieces of trim as a replacement would I use sheds.co.uk again yes I would”

“Great online service , the website is easy to navigate on a pc or on the phone . It’s difficult to get through on the phone but a short email and your put in touch with the right person . I missed an item off my order and after a quick email exchange additional payment was taken over the phone . My order was updated and will all be delivered under the original delivery fee . Fantastic service”

“Ordered my egg chair on the Sunday arrived on the Tuesday. Which was brilliant as website had stated 7-14 days. Only reason I’ve dropped a star is they hadn’t informed me of my delivery. It was sheer luck my son was off sick. Otherwise not sure what they would of done with such a large package”

“I haven't yet assembled my bike shed but cannot fault the delivery driver. He was very helpful and very polite. The only criticism I have is that there seems to be some confusion when it comes to dimensions. I ordered 6x3 bike shed and the order confirmation used the same figures but I seem to have received what is described as 1.65m wallshed. Obviously 1.65m is not 6ft and actually suits me better. The delivered item seems of good quality and I am pleased so far. I will update my review after assembly.”

“Site was good . I did find the fact that windows can fit either side but I didnt find whether the door can hinge either side . A list rather than a long text is better for me .”
