“The ordering process was excellent and confirmed order received quickly. However order was placed and paid for over a week ago and no delivery date has been given. This is a little bit disappointing”

“Delivery was smooth and there were no missing parts. Ideally it would gave been good to have the shed parts delivered to the side door and back garden. The shed was fitted successfully by my builder. While he did remark the shed was of poor quality, I did point out this was to be expected for the price.”

“Have had to trim down some of the panels to fit as they were overlapping the frame. Overall shed went together easily. Looks good in the garden. Ordered a while ago and planned delivery which arrived as expected on the day.”

“I ordered an overlap shed online (Hartwood Life Time 6' x 8' Double Door Overlap Pressure Treated Apex Shed With Extra Windows). From the product description and photos I was expecting something of reasonable quality. Unfortunately the panels were rather thin and flimsy and one was broken and unusable. I requested collection and refund as I was not satisfied with the quality. The process was relatively painless and they collected and refunded in a reasonable timeframe, which I appreciate.”

“Ordered a wooden shed from you on a Monday and it was delivered efficiently on the following Wednesday afternoon, with the driver keeping us up to date with the progress of our delivery time. All was as described, along with clear instructions and spare screws. Quality of the product was fine. Thanks. Satisfied customer in East Sussex”

“Easy enough to use, found what I wanted easily enough. BUT....immediately after purchasing, I found the exact same item for £70 less. I went to the "Price Match" area on the website but it said, "We're not offering price match at the moment". Which was disappointing.....take this bit off the website if you're not offering it.”

“Website relatively easy to navigate and split into product type sections to enable the buyer to identify the options available. Due to the current sale, the demand for sheds is very high and they are very busy. Trying to contact them by phone is difficult so ordering by their website is an easier option. Sale prices are good.”

“The service from Sheds.co.uk was excellent. After ordering the shed I was kept up to date with the progess of the order and delivery dates. It was delivered on time, with in the given time slot by very freindly staff. The price was very competative and the quality good. I had a small problem with a knot hole in the door which i discovered when unpacking. This door was replaced within a week. Excellent service”

“Ordered this shed and it was delivered 2 days later. Driver was brilliant and unloaded quickly. Nice quality shed. Instructions weren't brilliant and none of the parts were numbered or colour coded so mad difficult to follow. Overall a good experience”
