“I recently ordered the Shed. The website seemed very easy to negotiate and gave me the information I needed about materials, ,different kind of treatment and gave a lot of pictures to show the shed from different angles inside and out help me to make the correct decision. I was also pleased that I could select a delivery date in the future so I had time to prepare the area for it. It won’t be delivered for another 2 1/2 weeks so I can’t review the actual product yet. Hopefully it’s as good as it looked.”

“It has too many tiny screws and cannot be fitted with any wind, the instruction video is inside a warehouse, basically it’s the biggest waste of money I have ever spent”

“Sheds UK acted as an intermediary with the shed being supplied directly by Holt. We had a problem with Holt as the shed was damaged on delivery but Shed UK was proactive in resolving the issue and helped to manage the return and refund process.”

“A very good user experience, for a complex set of options the filtering makes finding the shed I was looking for relatively easy. The only part of the process that was a little difficult was that there isnt a filter for things like 'has window' or in the options when purchasing there is no option to add a window to any shed. I know most are modular panels, so if its possible it would be good to have the option”

“Delivered on schedule and very well packaged. Assembly went smoothly and all the fittings were provided. Would have been 5 stars if the holes had been pre-drilled, it would have made assembly quicker and wouldn't impact the packaging.”

“Shed arrived on time and was exactly as described. The delivery by one man is just to your address and the pallet is dropped by your front door, this may or may not suit you. My shed and the packaging had been damaged. On this occasion I was able to construct my shed despite the damaged shed. Not great, but on this occasion OK, but this may not always be the case. The driver was aware of the damage but made no notes or offer to report this to the supplier. The instructions are attached to the outside of the packaging and not inside with the nails. Screws and hinges etc.”

“Shed was easy to order, delivery was easy to organise and received texts to confirm it was on the way, delivery slot went and no Shed, phoned to be told it was on the way but the drivers tracking was off and nor answering phone. Half an hour later get a call to say sorry there had been a mistake and my Shed was not on the lorry and would not be arriving. Delivery rescheduled and arrived this time no problems but no apologies either. Shed seems well constructed a few holes which I have filled after construction.”
