“I found the website and ordering process very simple and easy. The shed arrived very quickly and everything was complete. A third party is involved in the delivery and they were extremely efficient and there was very good communication throughout in terms of scheduling etc. The shed is just as expected - it is a little on the cheap side (i.e. a few nails banged in at odd angles and wood is very rough) but the shed itself was really reasonably priced so I think it was good value for money. The instructions for putting it up were straightforward enough to follow - a few weirdly phrased bits and quite small diagrams made it challenging at times, but I am by no means an expert DIY'er, nor is my husband, and we were able to put the 4 x 6 pent shed structure up with roofing felt in about 4 hours - less time than I was expecting. Very satisfied with my purchase.”

“Great company to deal with. Would buy through them again. Needed shed quickly so called them and were very helpful with their recommendations. Also on the day of delivery they called us as the third party delivery service had problems getting to us because of parked cars on our road. They waited for me to call back and were in contact with the driver, all sorted with and shed delivered. Great customer service.”

“I booked a removal service and they never showed up despite me being given two dates that they would. They didn't cancel and so time was wasted waiting for them each time (not to mention the fact I couldn't put the new shed up as it hadn't been removed). They then ghosted me. I sent emails asking for a new date and for refunds but had no response. They ghosted me and there was no number to ring. I had to pay for seperate removal. It was awful. AVOID”

“Shed fairly good standard customer services were excellent. The delivery company damaged 4 pieces of trim customer services immediately sent out 8 pieces of trim as a replacement would I use sheds.co.uk again yes I would”

“Very efficient service…website easy to navigate, price very competitive, delivered as quoted, delivery driver very polite & help. All parts present and whilst some confusion with the build instructions was had it was eventually constructed. Very pleased with the service and the quality of the summerhouse so no hesitation in recommending. A well deserved five stars.”

“This is my first time ever having to purchase a shed. I actually needed to buy two sheds for a tenanted property so I thought I would ring through my order and see if I could get a further discount and also arrange a delivery date. Well, silly me!! The number that is plastered all over the website is not answered. I hung on for eleven minutes before being cut off. Ok, fine, so emailed. In email I was assured that once I had made my order online, I could pick a delivery date. Very, very wrong!!!! No communication came my way, no opportunity to pick a delivery date and then my tenant had a surprise when a 'delivery' rolled up. No paperwork, no nothing. So what has been delivered, who knows? Lets see if we get any response from further email to the wonderful customer service team and whether I get £300 for my honest review.”

“Shed itself was okay, took a day to assemble and had to trim some parts as they were too large. The felt however was abysmal. As soon as trying to put over the roof it just tore and was really poor quality. Had to go to BnQ and buy a better quality felt for £50.00 which is the last thing you want to do after spending over £600.00 on a shed.”
