“Just ordered shed and immediate acknowledgement. Phone call next morning from a lovely lady stating she was upgrading our shed order to a better shed. Great stuff so far!!”

“Ordered a 6x8 Adley shed with pro base - Confirmed delivery date of 22nd DECEMBER. I lined a contractor up to help with assembly and build. Within 24 hours of placing the order I had a text from DPD to say the base had missed the Christmas deadline and could not give any indication of delivery. Sheds.co.uk response was "sorry - but you are surely aware of the royal mail strikes causing problems and suggest you re book your contractor in the New Year" !!!!" So clearly there is un - joined up processes and commmunication here. The company should / must have known that DPD had a problem but was clearly more interested in taking my money then letting me down. I would not recommend this supplier Pete”

“Shed was delivered at the weekend without any instructions (it’s a 2 part shed / summerhouse) asked for instructions today and have only been able to receive part of the instructions for installation . Don’t bother with this company. It’s 12 x 8 adley chelsea deluxe.”

“I found the website easy to navigate. I had a couple of queries and found their customer service really helpful. I ordered the item and delivery was fast, free and on time. The delivery company came on the first afternoon after the snowfall - amazing considering the conditions. The log storage unit I ordered was reasonable quality; unfortunately rather wet from the snow on the lorry and not packaged. One plank of wood was missing, we discovered, after assembly. I contacted them and immediately was offered the option of a goodwill payment or waiting for another plank to arrive. I was impressed throughout on the professionalism and friendliness of this group and would certainly use them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Excellent prompt service , delivery was superb as we live 1200 feet up a Welsh hillside with snow and ice present , our messages passed on and seamless transfer at top of lane by driver to await for local tractor to bring it down to our cottage .”

“On receiving the shed I was impressed as to how it was placed on the pallet. It made it very easy to unpack and store ready for erection, the instructions were easy to follow and the main shed went up quickly (2men) on the first day. Finally completed the roof on the second day, the materials used are of good quality and the frames well made. I’ve already recommended Shed to several friends.”

“We purchased the Rowlinson Playaway House for our grandchildren for Christmas. From the time the order was placed we were kept informed, step-by-step of the process, with the order arriving only five days later. Unfortunately, one piece of the house was damaged on arrival, this was replaced very promptly without any problem. All the people we have been in contact with either by telephone, by email or by delivery have given first-class service. Thank you to you all and we look forward to many happy days watching our grandchildren play in the house.”

“Great prices and products, but ao far finding it very difficult to organise the instalation service. Need to send pictures of proof of parking. Proof of base for the shed and proof of access to the garden. I feel this is slightly overkill. Hopefully we can agree I have a suitable garden for this shed soon with out too many more photos. You can check on Google maps if you don't believe me sheds.com!”
