“Ordered online my shed and selected delivery date. Order did not arrive and after speaking to customer service there had been an error at some point between Shed.co.uk and supplier order had not been processed. After several emails and telephone calls the matter has been resolved best as it can be. I await my hut delivery hopefully without any other issues. Customer service is very good as they pulled out all the stops to fix the problem. Will review the hut once I have it.”

“I have to say this is one of the best if not the best and most efficient on line companies I have ever dealt with I ordered my garden 6 seater dining set and within 3 days it was delivered very impressive. I had a damaged chair I sent an email and pictures and explanation and within a few hours I had a reply from Naomi saying a new replacement chair would be arriving the next day can’t fault customer services. A great company very polite staff and super efficient. All staff should be complimented by their bosses. Well done”

“I ordered and paid for a Loxley shed with a wooden floor. A Shire Arran shed with an OSB floor was delivered. I rang Sheds.co.uk but only got a recorded message to say they dont take phone calls. I emailed them but got no reply. They say on their website that they give great customer service. In my experience it is non existent”

“Beware of dealing with this company, although the items they sell are of good quality if anything goes wrong, or there is a fault with the item they do not want to know. Their customer service is appalling, they acknowledged my query quickly but no further help from them dispite several calls to them. They kept promising to resolve my problem but nothing happened. Would not buy from them again even with 50% discount.”

“Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend the overlap 7 x 3 bike shed. It is smaller than advertised, the panels floor,doors and wood finishing strips are warped. The felt for the roof was squashed and cracked. Very disappointed”

“Easy to use website, detailed information for each product available, but if additional info is needed there is also customer service telephone number available on the top of each page - from my experience the phone is answered quickly and staff is knowledgable (I bought 2 products: garden shed & garden summer house and needed additional info reg the latter which was efficiently suppied). I would wholeheartedly recommend using the Sheds.co.uk website as well as their products.”

“I supplied numerous photos and details of the things that were wrong to what I presume was customer services and asked for help, but instead of help I got quoted T & G's basically saying you built it, you accepted it. How on earth do you know that it is any good without building it? The delivery arrived in lots of separate parts from the back of a White van and several parts were found to be missing later. This was reported and the items have been ordered. The parts list for the timber items is in such a small text that it is very difficult to read and you don't get a chance to check during the delivery anyway.”
