“I was so looking forward to receiving my garden furniture. You can imagine how disappointed I was to find it damaged on arrival. The company response has been very poor, asking me for money to replace the broken glass table top. I had saved up my pennies for this furniture, with a table that is now unusable. I filled in their customer service form for damaged goods on the day of arrival but had no reply. Has anyone else had these problems? A very unfortunate state of affairs.”

“Just over a year old and our summer house has already had roof felt replaced and a more efficient waterproof paint applied to the roof to stop leaks, inside was primed and painted with mould resistant paint but still has now began to mould and rot .. aftercare non existent, they're not interested .. multitude of images requested to then be asked for more, images to be provided with equipment not owned .. no complaint escalation. Have been told complaint is acknowledged but nothing they can do”
