“I had an issue with checking out online and customer service arranged for James, one of the sales managers, to call me back and he helped talk me through the process quickly and efficiently. If the summer house is as good as the customer service, I will be very happy.”

“shed arrived within a few days of ordering, delivery driver very helpful, the shed was very easy to erect nothing missing, a lot of thought had gone into making it a simple but effective design, will buy again if I need one”

“Overall the shed looks solid and the shiplap is quite thick and the delivery was painless. However, the floor as delivered is OSB sheet whereas the website said it was "constructed from tongue and groove timber boards". This is a material and unacceptable difference - OSB will degrade over time whereas T&G will last for years”
