“sheds are put together very poorly. nails sticking out very flimsy wood has been used to mack the sheds. I am very disappointed with this shed and have had to rebuild parts of it to make it stronger and sort holes from knots in the wood. the roof bar broke as was a big knot in the middle. this shed was not worth how much I paid for it.”

“Just purchased a Summer House and I am very pleased with the whole process. From the outset there was excellent communication, through to the day of delivery. The delivery driver was very helpful and as all communications stated, he did not need any assistance. The Summer House appears to have been constructed well and was good value for money. Also the Summer House arrived with comprehensive assembly instructions .”

“The shed arrived early in the morning but I had been advised of this the day before. The shed was relatively easy to erect with two people and I really liked the way I could have almost any configuration I required. A minor point: several nails needed to be hammered in better while the transportation blocks were nailed a bit too tight. During the build I realised that the roof ridge batten was missing (my fault for not checking) so had to buy a replacement. Customer service then came into their own and I had a reply straight away apologising and offering a small goodwill gesture which was followed up to ensure all was OK. I'm very happy with the shed and would recommend the company (ps, you may want to include less extra screws, I calculated almost 100 spares!)”

“Appalling! The floor and one or two other parts of the shed are not up to scratch and need replacing. I asked Shire who made and delivered the shed several times to send out replacements but to no avail.”

“Ordering: Placing the order was simple, however, updates on the progress of the order were non-existent. Whilst it said 1-2 weeks for delivery I had to chase for an update. Would have been nice to get emails on the status of the order as you would do (order has been picked, the order is ready for shipping etc). I was informed I would get an email or message confirming the 4-hour window again, after not receiving confirmation I had to chase myself to find out what time the order was coming. Installation: Would have been better if all the parts were labelled and referenced within the instructions to make installation far easier. Overall: Not the best experience and would consider going direct to the outlet/ yard to buy a shed in the future so I can speak to someone directly and even look at the construction/ quality.”

“Can't fault them. Sent an email to ask advice before buying. Within 30 minutes I had a phone call from the sales manager, he answered all my questions and more. So impressed I had no qualms about ordering my shed.”

“Awaiting with excitement my recently ordered Summerhouse…at a better price than sheds on many other sites. After choosing from such a wide selection … I was delighted with the ease of ordering….
