“Website is fine. Shed provided by forest life was a substitute for the one ordered and had some poor quality timber pieces that had clearly been noticed but bodged into place. Disappointed.”

“Very helpful customer service. Easy to use website. When It came to payment and delivery date. It was second to none. A friend of mine is also looking for a shed and I passed on your details.He also had trouble free ordering. The only bugbear I have, is that I ordered it for my elderly parents, and you only do kerbside delivery. As its during the working week. Its quite difficult to get someone to help carry it into the garden. Other than that, everything has been spot on. I can't review the shed as we it hasn't arrived yet”

“Ordering was super simple and shed was very reasonably priced. My only negative comment would be in relation to delivery times. When ordering, the website suggested a seven day delivery, when actually booking a slot, the earliest being offered was three weeks away! I would suggest that delivery times on the website are updated to reflect those actually being offered as this has created a lot of inconvenience for me, otherwise, so far cannot fault the service.”

“The website is easy to navigate with sheds listed by size. Optional extras like shed security and bases are listed when you click on the purchase link and have pop ups that give clear details about the extras on offer as well as being easy to move on from if you don’t wish to take up the options. Checkout was quick with several options to make online payment.”

“Easy transaction and smooth delivery. The driver who delivered it was on his own though. If I was of more advanced years I wouldn't have been able to assist. And it's a lot of weight for 1 person to drag off a flatbed. The website I found easy to use though”

“The website was really clear and concise and made it so much easier to be able to pick by size than having to look through them all. Choose a delivery date is really good to be able to give us time to prepare for arrival of shed. Added extras set out simply with costs very clear. Easy to use and clear website.”

“Good choice of shed styles. Easy to use website and lots of delivery dates to choose from. Good communication throughout, especially regarding delivery. Gave notice of delivery time, and then emailed a tracking email on the morning. Zack, our delivery man, was extremely polite and efficient. The shed was unloaded and placed in our garage. He took photos for proof of delivery, which were sent directly to me as well. Have not erected shed yet, but very comprehensive instructions. Could not see any damage or faults as the panels were unloaded. Very satisfied overall. Highly recommend.”

“£84 had been taken out of my account for the purchase of a Loxley large cupboard, I was then told to ring Shire and arrange a delivery day. Whilst on the phone I was told this is out of stock!! Both Shire and Sheds.co.uk have then still showing 'in stock'. I requested a refund and now I have been told to write an e mail 'requesting' my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous, they were quick enough in taking my £84! shall not be dealing with this company again.”
