“Very happy with the Shed and the customer service from Wendy. However, I would suggest some improvements to the communication from Sheds - once we purchased the Shed, there was nothing in the email to tell us when it was likely to arrive and to expect a follow-up email closer to the time with exact delivery date. This meant I had to email the after-sales email address to find out. After Sales from Wendy was excellent with super fast response and all the details I needed. The shed did arrive with a missing Roof Sheet - which I went and bought from B&Q and Shed.co.uk refunded me the amount I had to spend. Again, excellent customer service.”

“Website very easy to use. Earliest date for delivery was 3 weeks from ordering but gave me chance to get the siting ready. Notified by message the day before of the precise time of delivery and the guys were bang on time (06.30). Very polite and took the shed into the back garden as requested. Shed was reasonably easy to put together although part of roofing felt tore when tried to unroll it but the small piece that went over the top piece of shed was plenty wide enough to cover the tear. Shed good quality and would highly recommend Sheds.co.uk.”

“This was my first shed purchase from Sheds.co.uk and I can honestly say that I am thoroughly pleased. Great communications and a top quality shed (8 x 4 pent roof), it was enjoyable to build and is now my sanctuary! “The shed is of poor quality with holes on the wood, when having the shed assembled it was poorly fitting and needed alterations there are gaps between the roof and the sides, for a £700 shed utterly disgusted holes on every panel, sold to a 91 year old lady”
