“We were pleased with the super speedy arrival of our new shed. Unfortunately, one of the panels had a packing nail right through the panel, which then split the piece of wood. However, we used the website to upload photos and a new replacement panel was agreed. We had to wait a further 10 days for that to arrive, but once it had, the instructions were comprehensive and the shed feels sturdy and well built.”

“Delivered direct from the distributor who gave a delivery slot of 2.12pm -6.12pm so I took the afternoon off work and stayed in waiting for the shed to arrive but still no sign at 6.15. Called the delivery company but their office closes at 5.30pm, great no way of tracking the delivery. Eventually the shed arrived at 6.30pm, the drivers explained they had been delayed on previous deliveries. Why could someone not have called or texted me to advise the delay so I didn't have to wait in all afternoon and lose half a days income for nothing and then wonder whether it was going to turn up at all?”

“I made a purchase and only 2 hrs later I realised I'd made a mistake and bought the wrong shed. I emailed and the company was great and they cancelled the order and ordered the correct shed for me, but they have not been able to give me a delivery date for the new shed. I have emailed and also spoken to them, but still do not have a date. This is very disappointing. If they were able to order the shed I wanted, you would think they must know the delivery date. When you order online, you have to choose a date to suit you as part of the order process. They have gone from very good to poor in 3 days. I can't think of an excuse for not even emailing me to explain the problem. Gutted.”

“Very disappointed as the delivery date was changed on the due day to after the bank holiday weekend. No communication from the supplier. The intermediary delivery company let me know. Sheds.co.uk blamed the delivery company. Very poor service and I still have no shed.”

“Quick delivery service, products look good quality but still to use. Bought rattan furniture set and Parasol. Very easy to assemble. Haven't had to contact so can't comment on after sales service. Bought as 40th Anniversary gift for ourselves. Would use again as good price and nice choices.”

“Nice clear website with really good search function and detailed specs of products. I found it easy to find the shed I wanted. Great price and free delivery. Clear statement that delivery would be 4-6 weeks. Helpful choices of ‘extras’ like base, lock and paint which, though I didn’t buy, made me realise what else I would need to complete the project. I especially appreciate the friendly follow up email saying I can email directly with any questions. Nice touch! Made me feel like this is a company with people who care, not an anonymous warehouse. Thank you!”

“I found the website easy to use, offering a wide range of styles and sizes at competitive prices. The images can be enlarged to check the details of each building enabling ease of comparison. I expected to wait 5-6 weeks for delivery, as we do not live in the area for pick a day delivery, however it was delivered 8 days after ordering, within the 4 hour time frame stated. The quality looks good. Can't wait to get it assembled.”
