“I have been looking for a summerhouse for weeks. Sheds have a great range and products with safety glass rather than styrene glazing. Customer services were helpful answering my questions about wood care products. I was able to use PayPal Pay in 3. The delivery arrangements have gone through easily. Then i can check the components are complete and undamaged before arranging an installation date. So, it is all good !”

“Great website, it was so easy to follow & place an order. I was sent a confirmation immediately with a reference number on which I can quote should I need to contact them at any point. I’m awaiting my order now, they are keeping me updated at all times. Would order with them again without a doubt. Looking forward to having my summer house, better still it was in the same. Thank you.”

“Missing hinges for the door. They were not sent and I found out when the builders I had hired to put up the shed were there already. So I had to pay extra to buy hinges quickly in a nearby shop. For that price you’d expect to get everything you paid for. Disappointing”

“My summer house purchased in May this year has quality problems and I am extremely disappointed, but the worst thing about the saga is that these people do not respond to customer complaints. I have contacted them multiple times and sent photographs of the problem but all I have received are automatic acknowledgements. They don't seem to see any need for good customer service. My recommendation would be : AVOID”
