“Bit disappointed with way of ordering After waiting to be answered for 20 minutes,I was told the shed I wanted to buy can only be purchased on line. It said nothing on the advert about buying on line I also read that you construct the sheds when I asked was told do not construct the shed I wanted It also did not say this on the advert Think you should look how you advert your goods”

“I had a phone call to inform me there would be a two week delay as the greenhouse was out of stock. I was also told they would keep me updated and given a number if I needed to contact them. This doesn’t happen much nowadays so I was very impressed. I obviously can’t comment on the delivery or item until I receive it but I hope it will be to the same standard.”

“Build quality of the shed I have received is very poor the door is warped and the inside of the shed doesn’t match up I’ve not impressed considering I’ve spent over £400 I would like a manager to contact me as soon as possible because I’d like a refund and you can have the shed back. I will spend my money on a better quality shed elsewhere!”
