“The web site is relatively easy to use. But on ordering I wasn’t given a options of a delivery date and didn’t receive a order confirmation until I contacted you and now I’m being asked for a review on something I won’t have for another 10 days”

“Order process was straight forward and the shed appears to be of good quality for the price paid which was very competitive. However the only minor issue I have was with the delivery, there appears to be no way to book delivery dates. It is ordered and delivered within 3 days and that’s it, but you do not know this at the point of ordering! Now the delivery itself, the shed is very well palletised but here is the problem, the delivery driver arrived on his own and needed assistance in off load the pallet, as he could not get the pallet truck in our driveway he put it in our neighbours drive. They did not have an hiab to off load it which I was very surprised at, this would have meant no assistance was required. Would this stop me buying one from them again, probably not but this is something others should consider before purchasing as they may not be fit enough to assist a driver making the delivery or they may not have space for two pallets to be placed in a neighbours driveway.”

“The website is Ray to use as is ordering the one thing that I think needs adding is delivery dates even if they are only an estimate putting banners on the shed design saying seven day delivery is misleading with regard to what you have purchased all it means is they deliver seven days a week.”

“Greenhouse delivered on time, however when putting it together found that I was missing the two poles that form the top of the roof to slide the panels into were missing. Unfortunately, as I was putting this up at the weekend I was unable to get in touch quickly to get the missing parts. This has resulted in the wind getting hold of the structure and completely destroying it. It is now a heap of metal and parts in the garden and I am unable to fix it. I would not recommend getting anything from this company as I now do NOT have a greenhouse and have wasted over £300 just by them not making sure that all the parts were sent out.”
