“I have yet to receive the promised order confirmation that was supposed to arrive "shortly" after my online order last Thursday. I called Sheds.co.uk on Friday to query why I had not received a confirmation email and was promised that I would get said email. It has still not arrived in my inbox or spam. Fortunately the young woman I spoke to was able to confirm my order verbally. I now await being contacted about the delivery. The website said 3-5 days, which was confirmed by the young woman. We shall see.”

“The shed was very competitively priced and Sheds.co.uk were willing to hold off sending it for 3 weeks to give me time to get the case sorted out into which the shed will sit. The instructions for erecting were straight forward and clear so good start. And a helpful deliver man. As to the packaging that was a challenge to get apart and get the shed off the pallet. The screws had in some cases been driven home too far and would not unscrew. I had to snap one piece of the wood brace to get it out. Then I found I needed these to finish the erection job. Quite a few knots, splits and rough areas of grain, some lumps missing out of the timber in places. Quite large open areas at the top of gables. As I want to heat the shed so that's not helpful. The roofing felt was very to accidentally tear so had to patch it. The most frustrating thing was the position of the door and handing of hinges. I asked if it could be moved within the gable wall, told it could, as could the handing be changed. But when I opened the pallet it was clear the hinges had been screwed onto the door opposite to the way I wanted it to open and the arrangement for door location was as the website, not where I wanted it. I had to do quite a bit of adjustment to change it. Would I buy another shed from Sheds.co as I need one for my allotment? I'd have to think carefully about that, perhaps not.”

“Site was very easy to navigate to find the shed we wanted, brilliant price even with the extras we ordered. Being delivered on a day to suit us which is unheard of ! Hopefully the pictures do it justice. Unfortunately can't review the shed till it comes. Thank you.”

“we were looking around everywhere to find the shed we wanted at the right price. Most places were more expensive and there could have been others that were in line price wise, however, their sites were hard to navigate, with Sheds.co.uk we found that the site was very easy to navigate and the customer service surprised us, not long after we had ordered we took a call from them making arrangements for delivery. They were very willing to work around our working rosters and we were very happy with the service”

“Lovely little summer house. When I saw how many parts there were to be put together I was a bit worried but myself and my wife, both in our seventies put it together on our own. We are just painting it now. Brilliant Thanks”
