“The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It offers a large selection of sheds for every need, garden and budget. It says it takes 10 days for delivery but ours arrived in half that time. The website also offers an option to customise your shed with a base, anchors, inside shelving... everything you need for your shed in one place.”

“Easy to navigate. All types of shed and summer houses on the site. The instructions on installing the roof could be a little clearer. All round the delivery was confirmed and completed professionally. It's so good that I got 6x3 side shed to finish it off. The icing on the cake is finance option they offer.”

“Have just purchased 2 new sheds from sheds.co.uk,due to very reduced access I had to opt for a modular model with no panel larger than 4feet,at first I was a little sceptical as to how sturdy a wooden structure with so many pieces could be, after following the online instructions, which are fairly straightforward to anyone with basic DIY skills, I was pleasantly surprised, I now have 2 very strong/sturdy, nice looking sheds, with no ply/mdf or chipboard in sight. Also only placed the order on the Saturday afternoon and both sheds were delivered Tuesday morning, excellent service”

“Unfortuantely a very disappointing experience. The first delivery was missing half the component parts. After having to convince customer service this was that they were missing, delivery was arranged for 5-7 days later. When I enquired after 7 days that I had still not received anything, it turned out that the order hadnt been processed so another wait of 5-7 days. When these parts finally arrived the screws/fastenings were still missing and I was told to go and buy them myself. Recommend trying somewhere else”

“Delivery was terrible, driver had none of the required lifting equipment and I had to help them get the shed off their lorry in pieces. I had since complained about the product due to measurements being incorrect and generally not being happy with their service. Their response was to tell me I should have checked the manufacturers site for actual size, and disregarded some of my queries as being my error or false. Since responding to them to say I was unhappy with their customer service they have ignored me. No resolution or acknowledgement of complaint at all. Terrible customer service”

“The website is fine, no problem ordering what I needed, no problem with the day of delivery, even the driver was helpful. Emails were spot in, not too many, just the right amount. On day of delivery, I kept informed via the website, it was kept upto date perfectly.”

“The web-site said "in stock", delivery "3-5 days". On day 5 I e-mailed for info. - item on order from manufacturer. So e-mailed for further info. about delivery times – no response. Contacted by delivery company after over 2 weeks – asked for time slot – no response. Would I use this company again? I don’t think so.”

“Delivery times appear to have a quicker turnaround time compared to other websites. Customer Service response time was fairly quick when we had a query following the order placement. Score based on experience so far. Yet to see the product and find out if we’re totally satisfied so fingers crossed”

“The website was very easy to use and had all the details and information that was required to make our purchase easy and straightforward. Delivery was prompt and efficient, the driver was both polite and helpful, the messages keeping us informed of when the delivery was due were very helpful. The products we received were great quality, reasonably priced and easy to assemble which was important as I have limited mobility. Overall it was a great shopping experience and I would highly recommend Sheds.co.uk to family and friends.”
