“Product comes in with a serious warp/curvature in it making it impossible to use in tool draws without gluing it in the drawer permanently. Attempts to communicate with Shadowfoam were at first positive but went rapidly downhill after they failed to deliver replacement material. They now ignore all emails and queries about what is happening with the replacement product promised by them 4 months ago.”

“Ordered two pieces of foam to be cut to size. Both pieces were short and one was the incorrect thickness. Complain via their web site and received an apology and was told they would be replaced. Parcel arrived with only one piece of foam cut to the correct size and thickness. No sign of the other piece.”
