“I had an emergency of the hot water being pushed up into the cold water tank in the roof space, because of a faulty valve, causing a flood from the overflow and constant boiling water from the hot tap. The noise from the overflow sounded like a low flying aircraft....The engineer came very quickly and sorted out the problem enough for me to go on holiday the following day. Another very efficient and polite engineer came back yesterday, the day after I returned, to complete the job and I am well pleased and relieved.”
