Dear Sir I am sorry to see you have not received your purchase yet, our records indicate that the parcel left us on the 22nd June, within 48 hours of the order being placed. Dear Mr Need I am sorry to see you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, however looking at our records your order was placed on the 7th of June and dispatched via courier on the same day. According to our couriers website an attempt to deliver was made on the 8th but nobody was available to take delivery, and as so a card was left.
