“I had a query concerning spares for my Karcher Pressure Washer because the particular model was not listed in the Septimus catalogue. My query was answered within one hour detailing the parts required by part number. In stark contrast other suppliers simply replied that the parts for my particular model were no longer listed. The parts identified by Septimus were purchased and supplied within 24 hours (even though I had not ordered the express service) and they fitted perfectly. Perfection - an excellent job. I would use Septimus again.”

“Ordered part on Friday and not paid extra for early delivery as part was not needed that urgently. Monday morning postman delivered it. Fitted the part and all was good. Rang Septimus to thank them for the good customer provision who explained that if the item is in stock they normally post out at first convenience. Have a fair few Karcher product so will definately buy again from them.”
