“Originally I had ordered the wrong part myself and then contacted Septimus who were more than helpful. I could not find the model I had and therefore could not find the correct part. Their customer services helped me find the necessary numbers from my product and they sourced the part for me and despatched within days. The part is fitted perfectly now and I am more than happy. “I found Septimus when I was looking for a replacement gun for my Karcher pressure washer. Having looked at several other places and spoken to some, I was very impressed with the time and effort taken to make sure it was the right gun. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I had listened to several stories about this gun being discontinued and why it was so expensive. I did not need or get any stories from you. All I got was an explanation and the price for a gun which would fit, which was far better than my other quotes. The gun arrived much quicker than expected and it fits and works great. I will definitely keep your details to use again, if I require any more spares. Thank you, it was a pleasure doing business with you”

“I googled widely and managed to find Septimus selling the 2 cog wheels for my Karcher K2.4 from the part number that I could see on the 2 broken ones. Someone was selling them on Ebay (by bids) of about £14-£16 (crazy when you can buy a new Karcher for £16 now) whereas Septimus sold them at £3 each. Septimus was extremely helpful when I just wanted to make sure that I get the correct parts and they checked their diagrams and came back to me to confirm. Their free delivery was pretty speedy as well. I fixed the cogs and it works. Full marks!”
