“I ordered a spare part for a Karcher Pressure Washer arrived well within the estimated time of delivery.”

“The parts are spot on.. The guys are really helpful.. The delivery time is terrible. I paid for priority dispatch on a Saturday and the part finally turned up Thursday so I wouldn't waste your money on the express delivery option.”

Hello Mr Vale, I understand that the couriers did attempt to deliver on Tuesday and that you contacted us on Wednesday to advise that the delivery hadn't been received. I believe that the part was finally delivered to another address that your colleague gave us later in the week. I can assure you that priority despatch is normally the fastest way to receive your goods, but apologise for the problems on this occasion. Thank you for your comments about our customer service!

“Bought spares for my pressure washer. Extremely good web interface, very easy to navigate and find the correct parts. Parts were sent in good time and sensibly priced. The only slight negative was that I thought it should have been clearer which parts are not original maker but rather aftermarket parts. Can't fault the quality of the parts I received though. On the whole please with my purchase.”
