“Spoke to a real person straight away when I called and got good advice from a knowledgable person. Items were delivered quickly after I placed the order so a good experience. My only gripe is it would have been easier to place the order over the phone but they charge a £5.00 surcharge for this. Otherwise perfect!”

“Very pleased with the order of karcher parts, would definitely use again, wouldn't pay the £4.99 postage as it never really worked for me, I ordered Thursday and it turned up Wednesday. I would either pay £9.99 for next day or just go for the free delivery”
