“Store is good but last duvet set I bought I did not like. It was linen and scratchy, not soft to sleep on. Used one night then took off, re washed but just the same so gave away.”

“I am pleased with the towels especially as I was looking for that particular colour. The only thing I noticed the towels don’t measure to the spec in the website. Perhaps I should have measured them carefully before washing them. The co.iur is lovely and I love the different from the usual texture.”

“Delivery was quick and the products appear to be of good quality, however, this was a Christmas present for my daughter who unfortunately was unable to join us for the festive season due to travel restrictions and the tier system imposed on us. I would like to add that she had chosen them herself so I am sure she will be delighted when she receives them.”

“I absolutely loved the products but was annoyed that I didn’t receive any updates on delivery for about 10 days until the good were despatched. Please tell people of the likely delivery date before they order and update this when an order is received. That would have made the experience a lot less stressful!! Thanks”

“Gorgeous sheets with beautiful attention to detail in packaging. Great quality. I’ve bought from SLS several times. But - far, far too spammy. They send the most emails I’ve ever known and seeing them in my inbox started to make me associate them with nails down a blackboard. Please stop.”

“Found the website easy to navigate and was pleased with the service received. Unfortunately, colour didn’t replicate too accurately over the internet and had to return item but would have been happy to keep item if the colour had been what I was looking for because the quality was good. Returns system was straight forward and I was quickly refunded. Would use again but would stick to whites.”
