“Slight collection time due to emergency job, other than that everything was completed within 20 mins. All keys, V5, MoT left in vehicle.”

“Collection was easy and convenient, however I wasn't left the v5c section of logbook by the driver. I was onsite but wasn't contacted about the collection they just took the car. I now have to send a letter to DVLA to notify them of the sale rather than online as I don't have the correct details so it's mildly inconvenient but other than that sale was easy.”

“The staff were helpful and kind on the telephone. Collection went ahead as planned - all no hassle and the money was sent the same day. Unfortunately for me a warning light came on between my initial contact and the car being collected so the agreed price was reduced but this was understandable.”

“Hi there. I originally spoke to a chap called Chis . Happy to say that Chris was incredibly helpful and available for a few subsequent calls { he qualifies for a ‘raise’ }as his ‘customer-service’ skills are great. . Once passed to ‘contractor’ - BMS salvage, , their team were also brilliant! { one particular lady { I hate the idea that I can’t recall her name. . . } was ‘fantastic’ as the collection seemed to ‘go a bit pear-shaped ‘ ! Basically: I’m totally chuffed with your service and that of your agent. . . I will highly recommend you + the service you + your folk provide. Thank you. Baines ( M.D . Baker)”

“Easy to use website. Prices offered are not the best but having used another aggregator, other companies have not turned up to collect the vehicle. Operators through this website turned up the second time around after not showing up for the first appointment. However, communication with this company was good throughout and clear. Would use again albeit prices offered could be improved.”

“The overall impression is of a very professional system. If a vehicle is offered in very good condition, you wil receive a good price. Should the vehicle offered be a high mileage with various reported issues, do expect the value will be consistently reduced per issue and in the end the final price can be less than agreed. Having said that the timing and collection is as reported.”
