“Overall a good service. Straightforward to get a valuation, and their agent managed to get me a little more due to the condition of the vehicle, which was appreciated. Collection etc. was easy to arrange, my only issue was that having gone into considerable detail twice about the location etc. of the vehicle, the driver didn't seem to have been briefed at all. He also missed several important details when collecting, like the number of keys present, which if I hadn't corrected would have affected the value of the vehicle.”

“Well - the chap with the lorry turned up at 8.15 am and found me still in bed - I'd thought he'd be coming after lunch, despite the email clearly saying he'd come between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. So that was embarrassing. Everything else went super-smoothly: me and a little boy and his grandma watched in fascination as my old car was winched onto the lorry, including some tricky moves to get the unmoving (terminal clutchitis) car out of its parking space. I got the initial payment and the final payment arrived when they said it would. No problems, only one surprise - for me, still snoring. Well done!”

“All steps in the process were executed very well. Only issue in the process is that at the point of collecting the car, the driver/representative from the collecting agency did not sign the V5C on behalf of salvage company. This leaves the V5C form incomplete. I am now writing a note to DVLA that there is no signature on V5C for this reason. Hope they will accept it and confirm the transfer to be successful.”

“I believe i got a great price for my old car. I will say that it did take a while for them to recover the car but i was told it was because their recovery van broke down. However the money was all sorted by the end of the day of collection.”
