“Better than other other scrap/salvage outfits I contacted. E.g webuyanycar, carwow etc. Honoured the quote over the phone. Driver who picked my car was efficient and courteous. Payment was rapid. Entire process was trouble free”

“It was a good transaction but they weren’t totally transparent. Getting you to agree to a £180 if you chose to cancel which is fine but they don’t tell you that the company buying your car can change the agreed price. Guy was lovely I spoke to but not happy about the above”

“The people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The phone was always answered promptly and the Copart driver was brilliant. The website is easy to use. My funds were released promptly. I would use again. What I didn't like so much was that my initial offer for scrap value was higher than the salvage offer after I entered the details of the failed MOT online. As the company preferred to salvage my car, it seemed I had no option but to accept the lower offer. I had a 'good news' email indicating that companies would be quoting on my car, but the eventual offer was £80 lower than the scrap value quote I tried to accept. I would have given 5 stars if the initial scrap quote would have been the lowest possible offer. I also didn't like that I was being phoned within a minute of clicking on the website, before I had chance to finish entering all the details of the car for the salvage price. I needed a few more minutes to get it done. Overall a reliable and recommended company.”

“Good service to be fair, I'm always sceptical and wary about submitting details and getting a call, but got to say, their price was better than others and they managed to secure the price from the salvage company and stuck to it. Everything was pretty smooth to be fair.”

“Everything was as agreed. The only downside was the pick time in the which was given between 8am and 5pm - a very long window. When I rang them they said they would ring 1 hour before collection which they didn’t do”
