“Despite having my postcode they sent an extra large lorry which was unable to get on my street had to wait another week.. a real inconvenience with my work and then kept me on hold with various people all of whom were unable to help me then finally they" forgot" to pay me.. not the best experience and wouldn't recommend them.. no star not available”

“Car picked up and money paid into account same day. The only problem, the driver picking up the car did not phone me before so some of my processions were still in car. Had to drive to scrapyard to collect them.”

“When your car has carked it, it can be a sad, distressing and lonely time...wondering what to do for the best or which way to turn... scrap car comparison wiped away our tears and immediatley put us at ease...Their lovely staff sorted everything and paid us the best price too. “I was happy with the process however not happy with the service from the company who collected my car.. they drive the car from Scotland to England and didn’t pay their parking fees or toad tolls and I ended up with letters chasing payments for some hefty costs!. The dvla had been notified but as they change of ownership can take several weeks to register the fines came to me!.. the company refused to pay them which is appalling”
