“Web site was easy to use and well laid out. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Patient too, while I decided what I wanted to do. The automatic transmittals got a bit annoying because they never reflected the conversation it'd just had with a member of staff. The computer system knew I'd just spoken to someone so everytime sent out automatic "don't forget us email"”

“The guy that come to pick the vehicle up tried saying their was wheels nut missing, just hold in the wheels and far too small to fit wheel nuts. The company said give us a ring when the driver comes to pick the vehicle up, so I did and they said there system is down and we can,t pay you, I said he's not taking the vehicle until I been paid, next minute she said o the system is back up now. Tried saying the from seat is ripped, but I told about that, she looked on her notes and said o yes you did! If I hadn't have said he not taking the vehicle until I been paid, I don,t think I,d have got the money.”

“The whole process form start to finish was really easy. Everything was done as arranged from collecting the car to the payment hitting my bank. Couldn’t fault it all and would highly recommend it as an easy hassle free way to get rid of your old car.”

“After being in the horrible situation of an engine failure and a stranded car at a SKODA garage, and no help from SKODA, I decided to give the ScrapComparison website a go. Very please that I did. They couldn't have been more helpful throughout, including the guy contracted to pick up the car. Whilst I didn't get much money, I got enough to ease the blow. Thanks.”

“I would obviously have liked a better price, but, given how badly I had treated the car, I have to be happy. I was unhappy when the first pick-up driver (who was a substitute) failed to appear. This caused an ongoing problem, but, the guy who did appear to pick-up the car was a real professional, and a joy to work with. Any problems were down to the first guy, and his failings are why I cannot rate the service higher than I did. The second guy, actually rates as "Very Good."”
