Hi John, Sorry to hear you had issues with our service. We have found that your vehicle was collected and paid for within 4 days of booking your vehicle in. Any extra days waiting may be due to your bank which unfortunately we cannot control. We understand a third party driver collected your vehicle and you should have been advised that you needed to call the office for instant payment without delay. We are sorry if you were not correctly informed on this occasion. Nearly all of our customers are paid within minutes (or even seconds) of their vehicle being collected, via instant bank transfer.
