Hi John, Sorry to hear you had issues with our service. We have found that your vehicle was collected and paid for within 4 days of booking your vehicle in. Any extra days waiting may be due to your bank which unfortunately we cannot control. We understand a third party driver collected your vehicle and you should have been advised that you needed to call the office for instant payment without delay. We are sorry if you were not correctly informed on this occasion. Nearly all of our customers are paid within minutes (or even seconds) of their vehicle being collected, via instant bank transfer. “Despite having my postcode they sent an extra large lorry which was unable to get on my street had to wait another week.. a real inconvenience with my work and then kept me on hold with various people all of whom were unable to help me then finally they" forgot" to pay me.. not the best experience and wouldn't recommend them.. no star not available”

“The guy that come to pick the vehicle up tried saying their was wheels nut missing, just hold in the wheels and far too small to fit wheel nuts. The company said give us a ring when the driver comes to pick the vehicle up, so I did and they said there system is down and we can,t pay you, I said he's not taking the vehicle until I been paid, next minute she said o the system is back up now. Tried saying the from seat is ripped, but I told about that, she looked on her notes and said o yes you did! If I hadn't have said he not taking the vehicle until I been paid, I don,t think I,d have got the money.”

“Really you are asking me over a year after the car was taken away how you did what bloody planet are you living on?? The price we got for a car that needed no more than replacement sills and had a brand new exhaust on it was pitiful as well I will never get rid of a car this way again. I would rather burn it out than sell it to scum bags!!!”

“Left documents including log book and keys in glove department so I didn't need to be in when collected Then had a call saying I hadn't left log book and will have £25.00 deducted off of agreed amount To cover Cost of them getting a new one how convenient .Be aware of this scam”
