The guy that come to pick the vehicle up tried saying their was wheels nut missing, just hold in the wheels and far too small to fit wheel nuts. The company said give us a ring when the driver comes to pick the vehicle up, so I did and they said there system is down and we can,t pay you, I said he's not taking the vehicle until I been paid, next minute she said o the system is back up now. Tried saying the from seat is ripped, but I told about that, she looked on her notes and said o yes you did! If I hadn't have said he not taking the vehicle until I been paid, I don,t think I,d have got the money.
