Despite having my postcode they sent an extra large lorry which was unable to get on my street had to wait another week.. a real inconvenience with my work and then kept me on hold with various people all of whom were unable to help me then finally they" forgot" to pay me.. not the best experience and wouldn't recommend them.. no star not available
