“Service was good and staff (receptionist) were polite and helpful. Still a bit disappointed in the little amount I got for the car, as the wheels and reg No were worth a thousand or two. Could have given a bit more cash”

“I was happy with the people I dealt with but would have preferred more money than I received. The collection and payment by the organisation was very good. The driver rang the office to say how clean the exterior and interior of the vehicle was and I received the payment within hours.”

“Car picked up and money paid into account same day. The only problem, the driver picking up the car did not phone me before so some of my processions were still in car. Had to drive to scrapyard to collect them.”

“Web site was easy to use and well laid out. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Patient too, while I decided what I wanted to do. The automatic transmittals got a bit annoying because they never reflected the conversation it'd just had with a member of staff. The computer system knew I'd just spoken to someone so everytime sent out automatic "don't forget us email"”

“After being in the horrible situation of an engine failure and a stranded car at a SKODA garage, and no help from SKODA, I decided to give the ScrapComparison website a go. Very please that I did. They couldn't have been more helpful throughout, including the guy contracted to pick up the car. Whilst I didn't get much money, I got enough to ease the blow. Thanks.”

“Couldn’t fault the process quick and easy from start to finish. The only thing was the guy that came to pick the vehicle up,no people skills. Miserable, hello,goodbye,please,thank you,those simple words go along way. But definitely use them again”
