“They do what they tell you, pay deposit, pick up car and pay your balance. Professional outfit. Would have gave 5 stars but thought they could have paid a wee bit more for my car.”

“Pretty impressive- customer service was above average. I was quoted £185 originally, then got the price improved to £190, but once car collected I only received £185 with no explanation. Bit of confusion re pick up time and being given an hours notice to be there for collection also.”

“Prompt collection and payment. Was disappointed to be tricked into paying £5 to complete the DVLA confirmation. Was told "You will have to send the documents by special delivery from the Post Office". If I'd realised it was a 10 second process online, I wouldn't have agreed and would be £5 better off!”

“Very helpful & curteous staff. Pick up was efficient & quick. Only hiccup was that driver did not let me know that he was on his way, as the office informed me that he would. Contacted me when he arrived, leading to a rush for me to get to my vehicle.”

“The car was picked up on the 6th de c from my home in Worcester three days later I had a speeding fine Saying my car was traveling at 37mph in a 30mph area on the 7th of dec in Birmingham i have passed all the information on to the police with names telephone numbers etc”

“Good service, clear information and worth a try, they offered me a decent Prince compared to some of the large companies on TV . Scrap comparison gave me enough money 💰 to take my wife out for a massive meal and wine 🍷 . Have a fantastic Christmas lads”
