“I am Not happy at all I sent off all the right documents for the scar to be scraped but it has been sold onto someone who has been driving through congestion zones and I have been receiving charges for it ! Now I am having to spend my own time trying to resolve this issue.”

“Very efficient and pleased with the process, apart from the collecting company not being able to give me a time slot for collection! - As it stands they are saying we need to be available 'all' day as they can't give us a time, which means losing a days pay, which makes the sale pointless 👎”
