“Really great communication and very professional and polite staff in every department. Only Downside is that they only offered weekday pick up and if you request a call before hand and you don't answer they won't turn up and as a busy working mum without my phone in my hand all the time had to make sure phone was glued to me so I didn't miss it”

“Unfortunately there was a problem on the allocated collection day (broken down truck apparently) and I was only informed of this when I called them late in the afternoon to find out why I hadn't yet been contacted. Same happened on the second arranged collection date. Fortunately another driver managed to come collect it that day. When he did arrive he was very nice and efficient.”

“They called in advance, were there when I arrived and the driver was so friendly and charming and was incredibly patient as I emptied the car of years of memories and arranged for the payment to be delivered to my bank account. I loved my car and it was a sad day seeing it driven off into the distance but ScrapCar kept me smiling!”
