“Recovery driver didn't arrive for collection until nearly 6pm, company that I had to phone to confirm driver had arrived was only available via voicemail, so recovery driver had to leave a voicemail to confirm I had supplied V5 etc - which wasn't picked-up, thus meaning that I didn't receive the balance for a month - and that was only after I had chased it.”

“No phone call as agreed an hour before the collection meant that I had to contact to see if collection was going ahead. Five minutes after being told that someone would find out the driver phoned saying he was at my house! He showed me his paperwork which made no mention of pre-advise customer so not his fault. Job was subbed so note probably not passed to 911. Driver was helpful though and waited for me to arrive!”
