We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“One package out of two failed to arrive. Rescheduled delivery request didn’t take place when asked for either. Packaging quality OK but there are other suppliers you can choose from with better quality bubble wrap. Not too sure if it is Schott Packaging who has the problem with deliveries or their contracted courier/delivery company DX? Either way the customer delivery aspects of their brand and product offering needs reviewing to ensure deliveries take place according to their e mail messages and on line website communication.”

“ordered a giant roll of bubble wrap. I arrived on time, well packaged and delivered by a cheery courier . It appears to be bubble wrap all the way down but as it is a huge pack haven't experienced its full glory yet.”

“I ordered on gold & 1 purple and the box's were quite weak and they soaked up water quickly maybe an outer lining or option of that would be good.But this time they were too 😴.I got a message saying it was coming on a Tuesday because I got the next day delivery but it came on a Thursday a college day”
