We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. “Good quality products mine were double walled boxes and a pack of 6 packing tape and a roll of bubble wrap. All good quality only one minor niggle is the parcel arrived on time but when I opened it to my horror it was only the bubble wrap. There was a receipt in the box for all the items but I was missing the rest of my order. Boxes,packing tape x 6. I had to then call customer services where it took quite a lot of calls as it would keep going to voicemail. I left messages but unfortunately nobody got back to me. I did get through nearer the end of the day and was told that the items may..I reiterate May be posted separately!! Well we're they or were they not??? Lol Then after 5 mins waiting It was clarified they were posted seperately surely during these hard times your company would and could save money by sending their items together as one parcel where possible other than that 9/10 Thanks. Mr.M. Swansea.”

“The boxes I purchased were spot on. I used them in respect of a forthcoming house move. The boxes are sturdy and if you apply plenty of parcel tape to the bottom of the box they are capable of sustaining quite a reasonable weight. I would purchase again if required”

“The paclaging was split on both parcels, they were left out in the rain, so the boxes got wet! Very poor it seems the delivery driver didn't care!”

“Sorry for low rating but not too happy about the dimensions advertised. I ordered 18"x12"x12" and I got 17"x11.5"x11", I know this doesn't sound much but I use these for my removal company and specifically ordered this size so it all fits perfectly in my vehicle and certain goods that I pack into them. This is not a mistake, this is a cost cutting measure. I just want what I ordered, a box that measures 18"x12"x12". Quality was as expected (good), delivered on time.”

“Probably the worst quality bubble wrap I have ever received. (300mm small bubble). Bubbles not formed. Sticky. Badly cut. Irregular width. Not cheap. I appreciate we are living in challenging times but poor quality products such as these should not be despatched.”

“We used Schott Packaging to move house the past two years. Almost everything was fine and the price is competitive, however this year when we moved I have to say the brown tape was really thin and hard to deal with which made packing up very frustrating. Had it been the same the first time, we may not have been returning customers. Thanks though Schott Packaging for the boxes which are great.”
