We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has grown massively over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided to extend our business into supplying this industry. We have a great knowledge of our broad range of products and strive to offer excellent quality materials to our business and consumer clients, with customer service standards to match.

“Amazing customer service. I was in desperate need of some support with a charity project and send an email to Schott. Hayley immediately answered and the team went out of their way to donate great quality packaging materials to our charity. They also made sure they were delivered the next day. So helpful and will be recommending them to my friends who run small businesses.”

“Good sturdy boxes. I brought a moving pack but found it lacking in bubble wrap about enough to do 2x boxes out of the 40 purchased. Also shipping was a bit of a shock but delivery was extremely prompt”

“We made several orders, all received very promptly. Excellent boxes, huge quantity of bubble wrap in the roll we ordered. One delivery was 10 boxes short but with the prompt help of your very efficient Hayley on the email chat line, the missing boxes were dispatched immediately and received the following day. “Very happy with product and delivery frame but was unaware it had shipped, no advance notice. Was out when delivered and just left in the front of my house, luckily I wasn’t out for long. But overall satisfied.”

“Fantastic quality packing boxes! I got the student moving as I have only a one bedroom flat and it's perfect. I even had one spare which the cats have taken over as their own. The boxes are so strong that 2 cats can sit on the side of a box and it doesn't even sag! I will definitely be recommendeding Schott to anyone needing moving boxes in the future.”
