“Pleased with my Pashmina, love the colour and the material has a nice feel to it also it is light weight.It arrived very promptly with no issues,my only complaint is that I did not recieve the 15%discount for my first order even after opening an account.”

“Easy to order and arrived promptly, beautifully wrapped. My only reservation is that I noticed, on receipt, that it's dry-clean only - not something I do, so it'll be interesting to see what happens when it gets hand-washed!”

“Geometric orange scarf arrived in very good time and was of good quality. However I was disappointed with the colour it was sold as orange and it was more of a rust colour😢”

“Although I had to return the pashmina I ordered as it wasn’t the right colour for what I wanted I found the service very good. It was such a pleasure to actually be able to talk to about it with someone over the phone a pleasant change from most companies only communicating on line also the refund process was very efficient. I would certainly consider ordering from Scarf Room again.”
