“The service was excellent and I love the brooch. One thing is disappointing and preventing 5 stars. The brooch presented on a piece of card wrapped in bubble wrap cheapened it. A box would be much better it was, afterall, not inexpensive.”

“The scarf has been purchased as a gift, therefore the ultimate satisfaction will be with the recipient. However, delivery was very prompt and the packing very secure and of a high standard. First class service.”

“The 2 x scarves I ordered from the Scarf Room are exactly what I expected. One thing to mention is that the black label identifying the scarf and its material is sewn into the side hem. That means unpicking the hem to release the label. Couldn't the labels be attached with one or two easily removable stitches that the buyer could unpick without damaging the hem? It would be such a help.”

“we asked for a notify on scarf room website and they never did ,had to keep checking,when it was in stock,by chance ordered the one we wanted ,went back to order another for a gift and it went back to notify status”

“Lovely Fascinator/brooch. Colour as described and beautifully made. Arrived promptly. Only reason not 5 stars is that it would have Vern nice if the fascinator had been tissue wrapped , rather than just in the box.”

“I love the colour, but a little disappointed with the feel of the fabric and it's thinner than I expected. Also it's synthetic material and dry clean only so for the price I think it cost too much.”
