“I ordered a pashmina to wear with a dress for a wedding. The pashmina was delivered promptly and colour was exactly as I had expected and lovely quality. Unfortunately I had to return it as the dress requires a much lighter weight wrap. I would recommend site and product to all.”

“I bought a pashmina in Pumpkin for a wedding. I am very pleased with the quality, size and the colour is exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was excellent and would definitely order from Scarf Room again.”

“Delivery was fairly quick. The pure baby cashmere pashmina was very soft and delicate but the fabric was a little thinner/lighter than expected. Very pretty hot pink colour. Overall was satisfied with purchase.”

“I don't normally write reviews and I'm always a little wary when ordering online. The Scarf Room far exceeded my expectations. They went out of their way to check stock, speak to their supplier about anticipated delivery dates and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Customer service fantastic, beautiful scarf received two days from date of order. Thank you!”

“There was no confirmation of my order and the screen cleared before I got a confirmation screen. I redid the order and now have 4 pashminas rather than 2. I now need to work out how to return 2.”

Dear Pamela I am sorry that you did not receive a confirmation of your order. I am not sure what happened in this instance as confirmation emails are normally automatically generated by the system that we use. In any event, please send back the two unwanted pashminas to us at 37 Clifton Street, Lytham, Lancashire, FY8 5ER for a full refund. I hope this helps! Kind regards Scarf Room.
